Refund policy

If you aren't loving your Above the Tie razor or accessories, it may be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days for a full refund (unless the product is ineligible to be returned as stated on product page). Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@abovethetie.com. Returns must be initiated via email and returned items will not be accepted if shipped without authorization. Upon requesting a return, you will be provided with instructions for shipping the product back to Above the Tie. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns from USA addresses, we will provide a return label to be printed by the customer.
